PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the IP address [Internet Protocol] and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Website, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information collected is used to improve the content, used to customize the content and/or layout for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, not shared with other organizations or third parties for any purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by emailing us at the address provided above.

Customers who supply us with their telephone number online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which purchases were made, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them .

Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address. If you feel that this site is not following its stated privacy policy, you may contact us at the above addresses or phone number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The treatment, date and time will be reserved especially for you. It is never a problem if you need to cancel or change your appointment but I will require and would appreciate if you give 48 hours notice prior to date as I can help other client.

A £15.00 cancellation fee is applied if not cancelled within the 48 hours window.

We value your time and strive for a zero wait for scheduled services. To that end, out of courtesy for the next scheduled client and the practitioner, session times will be reduced in the event a client is more than 15 minutes late.

NON SHOWS

This includes forgetting your appointment or simply choosing not to come in at your scheduled time. You will be charged full session price. After two no-shows, you will be referred out to another therapist who can better meet your needs.

EMERGENCIES

We understand that sometimes you or your child wakes up sick, you get in a car accident on the way to the Clinic or that some other genuine emergency can happend. If this is the case, please call and discuss this with the Clinic ASAP.

We will waive the cancellation fee for this event as long as it is not a pattern.

RETURNS

OUR RETURNS POLICY CONFORMS TO A WEB CODE OF PRACTICE.

At harmonicbodyclinic.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This is generally referred to as a ‘cooling off’ period. We at harmonicbodyclinic.com give you the full seven days.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.

THE RETURNS PROCEDURE:

To cancel your purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period, please email rob@harmonicbodyclinic.com, giving the reason for the return. We will then advise you on our preferred method of return – usually we will arrange for our courier to collect at your cost. You are welcome to send back using your own shipper as long as you have Proof of Delivery. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to us at the address on the Invoice so that we receive it within 7 days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. You must insure the consignment.

Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

Please note that you are be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED:

As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order prior to it being shipped, we will refund the full cost of the order – unless we have had to pre-book special shipping charges for it. Please note – once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping).

DELIVERY POLICY

POST

We use postal delivery: we use First Class Recorded (which is unreliable) or Special Delivery (which is very reliable). These services require a signature. If you are out you will be carded, please read the instructions on the card. Your dispatch email has a reference number on it use this to and go to www.royalmail.com or call Royal Mail on 08457740740.

DELIVERY GUIDE

You must provide us with as much address information as possible.

If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be charged an extra fee to have a new address for the consignment.

Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 9:00am and 6:30pm (for standard Next Day service). Therefore we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working day.

THEFT

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered you must assume it has been stolen – either by the courier or by someone at your address. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.

OTHER NOTES
- You may specify a delivery day – we will hold onto your consignment until the day before.
- If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch the couriers charge a re-booking fee of £7.50. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.
- Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.

We try very hard to get your delivery to you without wasting your time, but we require your help for this to happen. Please give us as much address information you can.

LOW STOCK/NO STOCK POLICY

On rare occasions the specific product you have ordered may become out of stock.  Unfortunately we do not have the staffing resources to call every customer and ask them what their replacement preference would be, so in an effort to avoid the recruitment of further staff, which would increase our operating costs and eventually our pricing, we have devised a policy which we believe to be fair & effective for both You and www.harmonicbodyclinic.com.

Our policy on occasions such as this when the advertised item is out of stock is: to substitute the out of stock item with a product of at least equal or greater quality.

All products ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays will be despatched the same day. Standard delivery will be 2 – 5 days.

DELIVERY CHARGES 

First Class Recorded (which is unreliable) by Royal Mail £3.50/item.

Probiotics £6.95 as these need to be shipped by courier.
